Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns.

Condition of returned items To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or have been washed cannot be returned.

How to start a return Email us at contact@camperos.com with your order number and reason for return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — they won't be accepted.

Once your return is approved, send your item to: Flat 6, Park Heights, 38–40 South Street, Epsom, KT18 7PQ, United Kingdom.

Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we've sent the wrong thing, contact us immediately at contact@camperos.com and we'll put it right as a priority.

Return postage Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us. If your item is faulty or we made an error with your order, please contact us and we'll discuss the best way to resolve it.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right size or style is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

UK statutory rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@camperos.com.

International returns If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees that may apply. We recommend using a tracked service. If you are based in the European Union, you retain your right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under EU consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
